Alison Cooper- Nourishing Winter Herbal Balm Making

Join artist, musician and herbal enthusiast Alison Cooper to create your own handmade skin balm to nourish dry lips or hands. In the session you will have the opportunity to create your own pocket sized tin of soothing balm, learn about the herbal properties of different plants, experience the process of making a herb infused balm, as well as an opportunity to hear plant folklore and song linked to the seasons.

As the seasons turn we are drawn to nourishing ourselves through the winter months and this workshop will support our health using natural ingredients. All materials and ingredients (which are 100% plant based) will be supplied on the day!
