Flashes of Inspiration - A Very FAE Day

Come and join an informal bunch of inkers, thinkers and amateur scribes as we dip our toes into short form story telling. Over two afternoons we’ll take phrases and themes as our mutual jumping off point, work at a leisurely pace alongside each other, then share our scribblings with the group (optional of course!) Flash Fiction is a purposefully petite literary form (in this instance, containing no more than 250 words) so there’s no pressure to write the next Shakespearian epic. Expect the nonsensical, the poetic, and the mundane. Everything has its place and no level of previous experience is expected or required. The workshops will be led by Stefanie Elrick of FAE Club which gathers on the first Fri of every month to celebrate art and oddness.
